Umm. Well, the new update process was put in place on August
the 22nd .That is a full three months ago, and in this interval, only
you and I have sponsored amendments. A little panic may well be in
order.

Oh, it is merely debiandoc, using debiandoc2text. I shall try
and put my policy proposals up on a web page soon (it may have to
wait until after the Christmas break, since I am going to India, and
shall be off the net, for three weeks starting next week).
