That's right.
Translators with no SVN/Salsa access (like me) have to fill a NEW bug
report for every sigle update performed on the strings of PO files.
So, the latest bug always includes the most updated version of the
translated PO file.

Yes, that it is. Thanks BOTH for taking care about this.
On traslators side, the way Debian (still) handles translations is a bit
messing and unclear, but of course, worth doing.
