Just push the changes, I guess everyone prefers to have everything in
git over other methods.
And then you can either upload, if you're happy with the state of the
package, or ask for someone to take a look here or on IRC, if you
prefer a second pair of eyes.

I have pushed changes to the following repos: libfunction-fallback-coreorpp-perl and libcomplete-bash-perl (which I created). Since I am a *-guest account, this means I don't have permissions to upload, right? Do I have to notify the group about this, or are there members that regularly monitor pushed changes?
