Ummm... Maybe it's worth noting how the pkg-ruby-extras group used to
work (and I've talked about this here, and it was rejected - and it
was rejected later in there as well ;-) ). Their packages are all
CDBS-based, and one of their CDBS rules generated debian/control out
of debian/control.in. It used to add all of the group's members as
uploaders (until it was found it was just impractical and wrong).
But a similar idea could be used - I don't really like auto-mangling
debian/control, but I do see we are heading towards a situation where
the list of uploaders becomes untractable.
