I wrote Will Lowe (Maint. libauthen-smb-perl),
Shannon Eric Peevey (Upst. Apache2::AuthenNTLM) and Patrick Michael Kane (Upst. Authen::Smb).
Only the last one responses until now. He would be happy to hand over maintanance.

Now just Shannon have to upload his version to CPAN and Will updates his package.
I'm still waiting for responses of both.
