For other general work, look for packages that show up as out of date from watch files, look for bugs that haven't been worked on yet (although I don't think we have many of those), or look for lintian reports. The latter, though, is sadly a bit out of date at the moment, I believe.
I've just tried to checkout svn+ssh://tincho-guest@svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-perl/packages/ to have a peek at how things are being done, but svn.debian.org won't let me log in... I can ssh in to alioth, but may be svn.d.o only works for DDs? -- Martín Ferrari
