Name "cgi_lib::maxdata" used only once

  Hello List.

   I'm using cgi_lib to upload file to the server. I get this following message. 

" Name "cgi_lib::maxdata" used only once "

Has any one faced it before? help is required urgent. If any one can suggest me an alternate
method to upload a file to the server from a browser..
