That sounds like you underestimate the work that *can* come after an
upload.
If people really use your modules and then start filing this nasty
things called bugs. Then you have work to do. The packaging alone is
easy.
IMO it shouldnt be dont that way, everyone should simply package
modules he uses if they arent in Debian (as its now).
But its your time.

Das Ding heißt zwar Laptop, aber das sollte man so wörtlich nicht nehmen. Ein
50-jähriger schwedischer Wissenschaftler zog sich Verbrennungen an den
Geschlechtsteilen zu, weil er das Ding bei der Arbeit auf dem Schoß hielt.
