It appears that ispellaff2myspell was called for the wrong file,
dutch.munchlist instead of dutch.aff. The test version of
ispellaff2myspell does produce a slightly different file.
The current version of libmyspell-dev yields a package that makes
openoffice generate this error:
error: affix D is corrupt near line SFX D den dden
Failure loading aff file /usr/lib/openoffice/share/dict/ooo/nl_NL.aff
Your version above fixes this. Combined with the corrected
commandline arguments for ispellaff2myspell, the myspell-nl package
appears to be useful now.
