Thanks. I have built it in a minimal chroot and I got quite a few test
failures (see the attached build log). I don't mind uploading it like

There are two types of failing tests in the log that you sent.
7/23 of them are related to a well-identified regression in Octave 4.0
(see bug #44334) which I hope will be fixed in Octave 4.1.

The others 16/23 are due to the fact that in your minimal environment
there is no graphics toolkit.
So, I think it's fine to upload it like that.
