Wrong they can be uploaded all the same, they will not hurt anyone
because nobody will use them until we replace the ocaml package by a
symlink providing package.

The symlink should go in a separate package, as gcc does. If this is not
nice, i would like to hear about it.

Like for gcc :

 => gcc -> will call gcc-3.3 right now.

 => gcc-3.3, gcc-3.2 or gcc-2.95 will call the corresponding versions.
