Sure, change the name as you wish: I agree that "dh_ocaml" is a misued
name also I don't remember why I choose that name ....
IMHO a dh_ocaml executable should also contains a ocaml dependencies
calculator, i.e. something like dh_perl. We still need to write such a
tool, but if we choose findlib as a pseudo-standard is really easy to
implement such a script.
