It appears to be the final half of this fingerprint (which is indeed signed by Bdale: 1A27 4782 4E52 FCC4 D157 C0D1 B24C A63F 6EBB E84D Tim, a quick followup message confirming (and including) the full fingerprint would be great to have on this thread for posterity.
