So do we really want him only as non-uploading DD and others will still be happy sponsoring him, or should he be granted uploading rights (thus CCing his sponsors). Ah, and before i forget it: I also support that he may become DD, nevertheless if this is uploading or non-uploading. I have seen quite good work from him on the debian-www front and on the publicity front in the past. I met him in person during last years debian-www meeting in Vienna, and enjoyed working with him.
