I want to advocate David Prévot as a non-packaging Debian Developer. David is one of the key contributors to french localisation and www teams, one year after joining the team. He did a huge work and learned a lot about Debian as a whole in updating the translations of developers reference then maintainer guide. During his translator "carreer", from webpages to manpages-fr, documentation, release-notes, DPN, David takes care to report and fix issues noticed "upstream/english", and joined i18n/doc/web efforts (e.g. coordinated l10n NMU, pushing po4a in ddp, cleaning/improving the website). He wants to keep on promoting po4a, improve l10n in the project, and work on the website. David is meticulous, open to discussion, no flamer at all, and curious.
