Well, I, for one, am not going to ask a famous kernel hacker during
T&S what a C compiler is (to take an extreme example). And in the
case of some important upstream, I will reduce the generic T&S stuff
and focus more on the question whether they know how Debian works
(both in a technical and organizational sense).
