I only talked to the AMs privately for the four occasions where I witnessed less than good fulfillment of responsibility. All of those situations ended with good conclusions (two AMs re-evaluating their applicants and getting them to study better, and two AMs re-evaluating their applicants and rejecting them), but I would not be willing to discuss it with anybody else without damned good reason.
