At the risk of messing up my application, there needs to be some better
indication of what's happening during the long period of time spent
awaiting DAM approval.  From the outside it's a black box with a 2+
month delay.  From my status page, the only thing left is:

The following things need to happen still:

    * DAM to approve application
    * DAM creates new account
