No; a new (and most likely final) release candidate of the Debian
installer is released tommorow. That shouldn't affect "normal" mirrors
at all.
It's palend to release etch at April 2nd; you shouldn't need to do
anything special with your mirror. But you might see a small increase
in traffic used :)
