Updated vsftpd (RC bug fix, QA upload)
Hi.
The Debian package for vsftpd has some *very* old bugs and two release
critical bugs (duplicates). It would be nice to have it uploaded to the
archive.
The maintainer seems to not react to bugs for a long time (>= 6 months).
I have uploaded it to mentors.debian.org. I hope that I have not
introduced any bugs in the interim. Any comments about my changes are
also very welcome.

It builds these binary packages:
vsftpd - The Very Secure FTP Daemon
The package appears to be lintian clean.
The upload would fix these bugs: 433893, 470636, 492763
