Which help file ?
is the authoritative documentation.

Easy solution: just use the web interface to subscribe.
In the form, select "advanced mode" instead of "subscribe", and you'll
be able to select the keyword that you're interested in.
Real answer :
cat <<FIN | mail firstname.lastname@example.org
# Subscribe udev with some keyword only
subscribe udev email@example.com
keyword udeb firstname.lastname@example.org = source-upload summary
# Reset my keywords
keyword email@example.com = bts bts-control upload-source katie-other default summary
