If you mean you want to upload them _now_, I sure hope there's a problem.
Your PGP key is not on the keyring, so the install queue won't the new
packages in.
If you mean you are working on your pacakges now, and want to upload them
the minute you become a developer, I don't think there's going to be a
problem unless dinstall doesn't does use the same keyring the new maintainer
group uses.
