It's not a script :(

The 'policy' place is /usr/sbin but then I should provide a man page. So I
thought to /usr/doc/iptraf because of the man page and that it is not really
part of iptraf, just an 'add-on' for this release and that it has only to be
run one time and then could be removed.

If someone could tell me the /right/ place, please, do it.
