Um... tkdesk's upstream source comes with its own version of blt, and
that's what I'll use - tkdesk can't use tcl/tk 8.0 for other reasons
(mostly because itcl doesn't exist for 8.0 yet and because the tkdesk
doesn't work with the newer versions of itcl in any case).
