routine-update adds debhelpe (Was: Sight needs to be ported to insighttoolkit5 [Fwd: sight is marked for autoremoval from testing])

I confirm that I realised this. Its done by one of the Debian Janitor
tools and I assume this is a bug in those tools. I admit I was to lazy
to dig into those tools and file a bug report about this. I'm not
really motivated to revert those changes afterwards in routine-update
(but I'm fine if you want to ...)
