We don't know yet. The RC bugs in key packages[1] are 45,
and this number seems to stay more-or-less, the same - I check this page daily and I do not blame anyone for it either, its just taking its own time.
There was this discussion on the tentative date[2], but those dates are exhausted already
and probably there's no fixed or even tentative date decided yet

Let's just hope some time in June/July? ;-)

For bullseye? Nope - since they are far from being minor changes and/or targeted fixes
But it is definitely worth it to work on them right now in salsa, so we can simply upload after
archive is unlocked again. We anyway have to do this work, either now or later, doing now seems an alright thing for sure.
