Anybody up for Python3 port of pbgenomicconsensus? [jmm@inutil.org: Re: pbgenomicconsensus: Python2 removal in sid/bullseye]



Hi,

we are loosing step by step Pacific Biosciences software written in
Python2 (some packages are just removed).  It would be great to know if
really anybody is using it and whether it would be sensible to put some
effort into it of whether removal is the most sensible action.

Upstream development seems to have stalled, let's remove?
