BTW, snpeff depends on akka-actor, a (Scala+Java) library which still
has to be packaged, and I am afraid it will be blocked by the version of
Scala in Debian, itself being stuck to 2.11 as Scala build tool (SBT)
requires work. I shall document all this in the spreadsheet!
