Hello Andreas, I've just repacked bmtk[1]. I have done the necessary changes. As for the other files in these stylesheets* directories, they seem to be from Allen Institute[2][3], so it is safe to say there is no other copyright missing from these two directories. I've verified this by doing a search of the filenames on the search engine, and their only indexed existence is on the Allen brain website I've mentioned.
