Re: outreachy project: Debian Med

Hi Andreas,

Thanks for your response! I read through the Med Group Policy and MoM documents.

I'm still a bit confused about where I should go about adding tests to the package as per the bug that I chose, and submitting them. Should I ask through the MoM list serv?

( Before seeing the documents you linked above, I had downloaded the source of the package ProDa and created a folder called Debian/Tests/Control as per some Debian documentation. Reading the Med Group Policy document, it seems like that's not how I am supposed to do it?)

Thanks
Rafiya

I take the freedom to forward my answer quoting your mail to the Debian
Med mailing list since all our communication will happen there anyway.

Fine.  Please observe this thread[1] which bug might be taken by some
other Outreachy applicant.

Sounds good.

For this purpose we have the Debian Med policy document[2] and the
Mentoring of the Month project[3].  Please have a look there and do not
hesitate to ask here.  (The please ask here advise is valid for any other
reader here.)
