Indeed, I noted that in

  http://blends.debian.net/packages-metadata/packages-metadata.tar.bz2

the reference is still given with 

  Volume: 8:20 

i.e. without quotes, even though the "last" modified date says
2014-1-20. In fact, the "m/mia.upstream" file within that archive has
the date 2013-11-28, so whatever I changed in the VCS, it didn't make
its way into whatever is used to create this file and the actual
reference on the tasks page.
