It really looks like we are working on different status of Git
repository ...

That's fine.  I will not try to be too picky - just to give you some
feeling what users of Debian packages might expect.

I actually got some request for GT/M for some GIS purpose (but I forgot
what and need to seek my mbox) - so there is definitely a need for
fis-gtm on its own.
