While it can not harm to join collab-maint I was not intending to point
you to any "random" team but as Yaroslav suggested the pkg-exppsy team.
Currently there is nor reason to parse collab-maint for debian/upstream
files but in pkg-exppsy (and the other teams I mentioned) there is.
