BTW, Andreas -- isn't it time to file a patch-report for debhelper for
dh_installdocs (and probably dh_compress for exclusion) to include
debian/upstream by default under /usr/share/doc/<package>/ (which is
what I was doing "manually")? ;)

yes!  Andrei, since the only purpose for debian/upstream ATM is to
be scanned straight from those repositories' collections and not used
otherwise (thus not warranting the upload of -2 ... unless may be you
add it to debian/docs to get installed)

if you like to upload to pkg-exppsy (experimental psychology, former
name for NeuroDebian) repository -- please ask to join the team on
alioth - I will ack it.
