I see no reason in closing the ITP bug before the package is uploaded to
Debian unstable. Why did you do so?

I agree and I would really like to do this but I do not see any free
timeslot for the next ten days, sorry.

Just keep the ITP bug open - it should be closed inside the first upload
to Debian unstable. RFA means you will not keep on maintaining a
package and want somebody else to do so. As far as I understood this is
not the case. As I said I will look into the package and do the upload
(any other helper who would like to have a look is more than welcome)
and currently there is no real need to play with BTS.

However, I have one intermediate question: The control file says:

  Package: freemedforms-freedata
  Architecture: all
  Depends: ${misc:Depends}
  Replaces: freediams-data
Description: Free extra-data for the FreeMedForms project

This means the data for FreeDiams are provided inside the set of binary
packages of FreeMedForms. What does this finally mean for the FreeDiams
package.

Kind regards

       Andreas.
