ksnapshot is the one for KDE.

What about users that wants to edit PDF/FDF by hand or using the
pdftk-gui by hand?

Like you want. But many many doctors I know and that wanted to switch
to Debian/Linux **always** complains about non-medical softs (like
printing, pdf, accountancy...).
