Definitely this has priority.  Please ping Tim about your packaging work
and find a common agreement to use the very same files for packaging.

There was some work done on Debian Med sprint.  It's a shame you did
not joined - hoping for next years meeting.  The sprint was actually
organised by Tim and the final goal is to have everything they need
straight into Debian and fetch the BioLinux packages through Ubuntu.
Any diff between should be avoided if possible.

In short:  Go with the Depends and coordinate with BioLinux.
