Re: Adding Rostlab packages to our tasks files

I hope I did at least most of them - but double checking might not harm
and if you have other packages not yet in our repository you can
perfectly add them as well. I consider the prospective packages entry
as a good preparation for packaging because you are assembling some
useful data (like description etc.)

Please note: The tasks files are maintained in the Blends SVN (amongst
other Blends). While DDs have commit permissions you as non-DD need to
subscribe to this project. In case this would be a show stopper for you
I'd happily proxy your patches.

Yes, it is documented in the Blends documentation. [1]

Currently only one citation is supported on the tasks page, sorry. I'm
also quite unsure whether the way disulfinder is doing is conform to the
interpretation of upstream-metadata.yaml. Charles???

The question whether the information from upstream-metadata.yaml can be
used is pretty useful and yes, we want to take over the data in
upstream-metadata.yaml to include automatically into the web sentinel.
However, while the implementation has started it is not finished. So if
you are not super keen on seeing the publication information now (= next
day after inserting the data) I would advise to actively maintain the
according upstream-metadata.yaml and cross fingers that Charles and me
will be able to finish this plan soonish.

Applied and commited. The result will be visible tomorrow (after cron
run this night). Many thanks for the patch!

I just added you to the Debian Pure Blends project. If you check out
with your lkajan-guest ID you should be able to commit.

That's the purpose of this project - thank you for providing Free
Software for biologists!

Kind regards
