Bring the features Debian-Med wants to DDTP/DDTSS so we
can provide this service to other projects, like
Debian-Lex and Debian Science.
This is definitely planed and the stuff that will be developed will
be included in the CDD framework. It is just easier to test things
first in one environment and provide a working solution for those
people that currently do not announced actove working on this specific
topic.
