My first approach, as can be seen on the link I posted before, was to just put links to the ddtp project pages to see the descriptions and to translate untranslated ones. While the latter stays the same, for the former I need the "desc_id" number. We have two alternatives now: 1) provide the already translated descriptions through our site (debian-med.a.d.o), parsing them from Translation-<lang> files; 2) get the desc_id somehow and link to http://ddtp.debian.net/ddt.cgi?desc_id=<id>&language=<lang> Obviously, each desc_id corresponds to a single package. The problem is: the second seems easier to accomplish, but it isn't, since the new approach can't parse the desc_id from Translation-<lang> files. A solution would be adding a specific field for this (Description-id might be confusing though; Something like ID: would be ok IMHO). The first approach might be better, but now I have a second task: parsing the descriptions :) Kindly, David -- . ''`.
