I guess you are refering to FreeVet.  The two projects I know are listed
at

    http://www.debian.org/devel/debian-med/veterinary

Note that even the archive of the formerly GNU licensed FreeVet vanished
from the net (at least I was not able to find it again, but I have a local
copy of the tarball.
