Backporting ffmpeg could prove challenging, this is the version from
jessie-backports:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
sbuild-build-depends-ffmpeg-dummy : Depends: debhelper (>= 9.20141010) but it is not going to be installed
Depends: dpkg-dev (>= 1.17.14) but 1.16.17 is to be installed
Depends: libgnutls28-dev but it is not installable
Depends: libopencv-dev but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libshine-dev (>= 3.0.0) but it is not installable
Depends: libsoxr-dev but it is not installable
Depends: libssh-gcrypt-dev but it is not installable
Depends: libx265-dev but it is not installable
Depends: libzmq3-dev but it is not installable
Depends: cleancss but it is not installable
Depends: node-less but it is not installable

Some of these packages may be packages that that I still have to fix
(maybe libopencv at a guess), there are a number of extra packages there
however.
