Added 15min over time (but considering the "high feedback level" on this
thread I hoped you would accept it.
  I added the field based after learning that "Built-Using" was already
committed to git for dpkg 1.16[1] 5 days ago.

I ran a full test before adding the "Built-Using" field without any
failures.  For good measure I will do another run tomorrow; but I honest
do not expect any sudden regressions in the master branch (not even by
the dreaded changelog-format.t test >.>).
