To sum up, I hope persuading upstream to do one of following
- give permission to Debian project to package his softwares
(like Apache Fundation for apache-1.3 woody packages ),
- switch license to Apache license 2.0 like ,
- switch licens to 3-clause BSD  or Horde BSD-like ,
- switch license to GPL  like other horde softwares.
