The goal seems an interesting one, even though it looks very hard to
achieve (I think that a tool actually able to effectively perform
such a task is an artificial intelligence program...).

I see it's written in Java.
I hope you're taking the necessary steps to be sure it can be built and
run with DFSG-free Java implementations, so that the tool is not only
DFSG-free itself, but does not Depend or Build-Depend on non-free
software...
I would love to see such a program in Debian main, rather than in
contrib!
