This wifi card driver has some implementation trouble (user space daemon) but
Intel is developing a new driver to get rid of this issue
see:
http://intellinuxwireless.org/?p=iwlwifi
I have the same card on my lenovo 3000v100 and i chose to buy a Wlan Mini Pci
Express 802.11abg AR5006EX Atheros separately to use wifi on linux/bsd system
with no hardware/driver restrictions.
