Re: ACPI suspend Dell 700m 2.6.9 kernel, wont wake up?

Hi

Now, having worked out all issues with the laptop, I still have some problem.
When I shut down the computer, along the process it will go into suspend.
Then I resume it, it will go further with the shut down, and suspend again.
Then, when I resume it now secondly, it will finally shut down. What I
discovered is that when it is unloading the ETH modules, that is when it
suspends itself. Any clues? I was thinking maybe my /etc/acpi/lidbtn.sh
script would be the error. It simply contains a short script to the the
suspend. Maybe it should also contain, when to suspend? For example only
suspend when the lid is closed? Or to check when the lid is open and closed?

I have no idea, can somebody help?

Thanks

Ben
