I moved to the 2.6.8 kernel and udev. I'm having one very annoying problem. I installed a debian 2.6.8 kernel image and header packages. I created the debian packages for the Nvidia driver and intalled. Now glxgears runs at 1500 fps (it used to be around 2400 fps). Worst of all it "stutters" making games too annoying to play. Any idea on this one. I'm out of ideas. -- Kevin C. Smith
