But a firewall caused the message to be logged. Exactly why, you can't tell 
without checking the firewall rules - it could be be src IP or port, 
destination IP or port, because it's unsolicited, because it's UDP, etc, etc. 

Port 631 is usually CUPS, so 132.187.21.42 is looking for printers.
Port 525 is timed, so 132.187.21.151 is looking for the time.
Both requests are to the subnet broadcast address, so they're just looking for 
anyone on 132.187.21.x to respond - and you're refusing to do so.
