Unspported at all? This means i have to shutdown the system every time
I change the room? There is no backport for the 2.4.x kernels?
I mean with APM it seems to work very well and quite stable, not only
over the key on the keyboard but also with closing the screen directly.

It seems I have to choose between a working clock/working shutdown turn
off with ACPI or working suspend to RAM mode.

Ok, i tried it as well. But I have the impression it screws the ACPI
support even more up. Now the thermal sensor is the only recognized ACPI
device. IIRC without the patch the buttons and some more stuff had been
recognized. Very strange.
